混合痔患者与健康人群肛管直肠测压的比较研究

摘　　要：目的比较混合痔患者与健康人群的肛管直肠压力差异;方法采用加拿大莱博瑞医疗技术公司的肛门直肠动力分析仪(Ano-Rectal Manometry System ARM)检测30例混合痔患者(排除便秘、腹泻及肛门失禁患者,B组)和30例健康人群(A组)的肛管静息压(Anal Resting Pressure ARP)、肛管收缩压(Anal Maximal Contraction Pressure AMCP)及肛管排便压(Anal Squeez Pressure ASP),并进行分析比较;结果混合痔患者与健康人群的ARP、AMCP及ASP比较均无统计学差异(P>0.05);结论混合痔患者增厚的肛垫组织可能对肛管压力作用不明显,而长期便秘、腹泻甚至肛门失禁等可能会干扰肛管直肠测压的结果。Objective Comparison of the difference of mixed hemorrhoids patients and healthy people＇s anorectal pressure. Methods Adopted Ano-Rectal Manometry System（ ARM） to detected and analyzed the Anal Resting Pressure（ ARP）,Anal Maximal Contraction Pressure（ AMCP） and Anal Squeez Pressure（ ASP） of 30 patients（ B group） with mixed hemorrhoids and 30 healthy people（ A group）. Results In the two groups,there were no significant different between ARP,AMCP and ASP. Conclusion The anal cushion of hemorrhoids patients organization may of anorectal pressure effect has no apparent effect,and long-term constipation,diarrhea and fecal incontinence maybe interfere with the results of anorectal manometry.
