摘 要:为探究皂化棉籽油脚与改性膨润土复合的最佳工艺,通过单因素试验和正交试验研究分析了膨润土添加量、皂化棉籽油脚添加量、棉籽油添加量、搅拌时间和搅拌温度对复合工艺的影响。结果表明,最佳工艺参数为膨润土添加量1.0 g、皂化棉籽油脚添加量1.5 g、棉籽油添加量3 mL、搅拌温度80℃、搅拌时间1.0h,产品满足相关技术要求。In order to investigate the optimum combined technology of the saponifiable cottonseed meal and modified bentonite, the effects of the dosage of bentonite, saponifiable cottonseed meal and cottonseed oil, mixing time and temperature on the combined technology were analyzed by single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment. The results showed that the optimum conditions were as follows: bentonite 1.0 g, saponifiable meal 1.5 g and cottonseed oil 3 mL, mixing temperature 80℃, mixing time 1.0 h, and the products met the relevant technical requirements.
