精细化护理管理在老年患者上消化道超声内镜术中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨精细化护理管理在老年患者上消化道超声内镜术中的应用效果。方法 2013年5月至2015年12月,便利抽样法选择在江苏省老年医院因上消化道隆起性黏膜病变行超声内镜术的老年患者168例为研究对象,以2013年5月至2014年6月期间治疗的84例患者为对照组,以2014年7月至2015年12月期间治疗的84例患者为观察组。对照组患者采用常规流程进行护理管理,而观察组患者采用精细化护理管理,比较两组患者不良反应的发生率以及患者的满意度。结果除了对照组有2例患者因不适中途终止检查外,其余166例患者均顺利完成超声内境检查。观察组患者腹胀、呕吐、黏膜出血和咽痛等发生率明显低于对照组,且观察组患者的满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论精细化护理管理在降低老年患者上消化道超声内境术中的不良反应中效果显著,能提高患者的满意度,值得临床推广和应用。Objective To observe the application effect of refined nursing management in elderly patients with upper gastrointestinal endoscopic ultrasonography.Methods By convenience sampling,168 cases were selected and 84 cases from May 2013 to June 2014 were selected as control group,84 cases from July 2014 to December 2015 were selected as observation group. The control group received routine nursing care, while observation group received refined nursing management.The incidence rate of adverse reaction and patients＇ satisfaction were compared. Results Two cases in control group withdrawal from treatment due to discomfort, other 166 cases were successfully completed the examination. The incidence rate of abdominal distension, vomiting, mucosal bleeding and sore throat in observation group were significantly lower than that of control group, and the satisfaction rate in observation group was higher than that of control group （all P〈0.01）.Conclusion Refined nursing management can not only reduce the adverse reactions of elderly patients with upper gastrointestinal tract ultrasound, but also improve the patients＇ satisfaction,~vhich is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
