便携式微电脑化疗注药泵在非霍奇金淋巴瘤患者化疗中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨在非霍启金淋巴瘤患者DA(剂量调整)-EPOCH方案(依托泊苷、泼尼松、长春新碱、环磷酰胺、阿霉素)方案化疗中采用便携式微电脑化疗注药泵的效果。方法便利抽样法选取2014-2016年在泰州市人民医院治疗的非霍奇金淋巴瘤患者50例为研究对象。所有患者均进行DA-EPOCH化疗。按随机数字表法将50例患者分为观察组和对照组,每组25例。观察组患者采用便携式微电脑化疗注药泵进行输注,对照组患者采用普通输液泵进行输注,比较两组患者输液速度符合率、患者的舒适度、满意度及出现的不适感。结果观察组患者输液速度符合率为100%,而对照组为92%,差异无统计学意义(χ~2=2.083,P>0.05)。观察组患者在活动、就餐、如厕、外出携带方便、打电话等方面的满意率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。观察组患者中有2例患者发生腰背酸痛,占8.0%;有5例患者发生疲劳,占20.0%;而对照组中有15例患者发生腰背酸痛,占60.0%;有18例患者发生疲劳,占72.0%,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论使用便携式微电脑化疗注药泵能够保证输液管理的质量,并为患者带来舒适和便捷,提高护患者满意度,减轻长时间输液带来的不适反应。Objective To explore the effect of portable microcomputer chemotherapy injection pump using in the DA-EPOCH treatment of Non-Hodgkin＇s lymphoma.Methods By convenience sampling, 50 cases were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 25 cases in each group. All patients were received DA-EPOCH treatment. The patients in the control group were given infusion pump, and the observation group was given portable microcomputer chemotherapy injection pump, then comparing the difference in infusion Yates, patient comfort level, discomfort level and satisfaction between the two groups. Results The qualified rate of infusion in observation group was 100% ,while 92% in control group （X^2 =2.083, P〉0.05）. The satisfaction rate of activities, diet,toileting,convenience,and make calls in observation group were higher than that of control group （all P〈0.01）. There were 2 cases in observation group had pain, which accounted 8.0%, 5 cases had fatigue, which accounted 20.0%.There were 15 cases had pain in control group, which accounted 60%, and 18 cases had fatigue, which accounted 72.00% （all P〈0.05）. Conclusion Portable microcomputer chemotherapy injection pump can ensure the quality of injection, and bring comfort and convenience to the patients, as well as improve patients＇ satisfaction level, and reduce adverse reaction due to long-time infusion.
