摘 要:目的探讨手术室专业核心能力的培训模式。方法 2015年1~12月,围绕《专业护士核心能力建设指南》等文件,对我院护士实施个性化、多元化的有效培训、考核等,与2014年1~12月1年内(常规培训)护士专业能力考核结果以及手术室医生、患者对护理人员的满意度进行比较。结果培训后手术室专业护士在手术配合能力、综合素质等方面显著提升。培训前后手术室医生对护士的满意度评分、患者对护士的满意度评分差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论展开分组层级培训可显著提升临床护士的综合素养与能力,值得临床应用与推广。Objective To explore the training mode of core competence in operation room.Methods From January to December 2015, personalized,diversified,effective training and assessment and so on was conducted for nurses of our hospital around the "professional nurses core competence construction guide" and other documents.The assessment results of professional competency of nurses in 1 year(from January to December 2014),and the satisfaction degree of doctors and patients for nurses in operation room were compared.Results After the training,the professional nurses in the operation room had a significant improvement in the cooperation ability and the comprehensive quality of the nurses.The satisfaction degree score of doctors in operation room to nurses and the satisfaction degree score of patients to nurses before and after training was a statistical difference(P〈0.05).Conclusion The development of group level training can significantly improve the comprehensive quality and ability of clinical nurses,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
