摘　　要：针对高职院校英语人文素养培育缺失的现象,本文通过对高职院校调研进行了分析。研究表明,在高职英语人文素养培育过程中,面临教师人文素养不高、英美文化鉴赏课缺失、英语教材人文素养内容挖掘不够等问题,针对存在问题,笔者提出了培育高职英语教师的人文素养、加强英美文化作品的学习鉴赏、充分利用和挖掘教材中的人文素养内容等对策。In view of the lack of the cultivation of English humanistic quality in higher vocational colleges, this paper makes an analysis through researching. The study shows that in the process of cultivating the humanistic quality of English in higher vocational colleges, teachers are faced with such problems as the lack of teachers＇ humanistic quality, the lack of appreciation of British and American culture, and the lack of the humanities content in English textbooks. In response to the existing problems, this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to cultivate the humanistic quality of English teachers in higher vocational colleges, how to strengthen the study and appreciation of British and American cultural works, and how to make full use of the humanistic qualities in textbooks.
