摘  要:介绍电力机车车钩缓冲装置的工作原理。针对洛阳机务段所用QKX100型大容量弹性胶泥缓冲器出现的胶泥泄漏现象,介绍该缓冲器的结构及局限性,从线路条件和检修方面分析泄漏的具体原因。提出在缓冲器动密封处增加一组备份密封圈的改进措施,讨论结构改进对整机结构的影响。对改进后的缓冲器进行强度和性能评估,试验结果表明其各项性能满足标准要求。The article introduces the operating principle of the coupler and draft gear for electric locomotives. In view of rubber leakage in the QKX 100 high-capacity resilient rubber draft gears that are applied in the Luoyang loco- motive depot, the article introduces the structure and limitations of such a device, analyzing the specific reasons for the leakage in regarding line conditions and line repair. It proposes the improvement measures as to add a set of back- up seal rings at the dynamic seal of the gear, discussing the influence of structural improvement on the whole struc- ture. Strength and performance are evaluated on the improved gear. The test results indicate that all its performance can meet the standard.
