摘 要:颅内动脉瘤是常见脑血管疾病之一,由异常血流动力学应力和炎症反应引起的血管壁病理性重构是其主要发生机制。血管内栓塞治疗是目前颅内动脉瘤治疗的主要手段之一,栓塞后瘤颈及血管壁内皮的有效修复和重塑一直是关注的重点与难点。采用细胞治疗,促进损伤组织再生,重塑血管壁完整性,可能改善动脉瘤组织学预后。本文对颅内动脉瘤形成的血管因素和不同类型细胞移植在颅内动脉瘤治疗中的前景进行综述。Intracranial aneurysm is one of the most common cerebrovascular diseases,and its main mechanism is pathological remodeling of vascular wall,which is caused by abnormal hemodynamic stress and inflammation. Endovascular embolization is one of the primary means of treatment for intracranial aneurysms,and the effective repair and remodeling of the endothelium in aneurysmal neck and vessel wall after embolization has always been the focus of attention and difficulties. Using cell therapy to promote the regeneration of damaged tissue and restore the integrity of vessel wall may improve the histologic outcome of aneurysms. This paper summarizes the vascular factors of intracranial aneurysm formation and the prospects of different cells transplantation in the treatment for intracranial aneurysms.
