摘 要:通过BIM毕业设计的组织管理分析BIM与工程管理专业课程的深度融合问题。通过达夫特4MF组织管理模型、工程管理一体化课程案例教学和BIM设计的阶段划分,提出以一体化案例教学为导向,以团队为基础的工程管理BIM毕业设计RPOLCP框架,实践案例证实该框架可以系统分析BIM毕业设计各阶段与本科四年专业课程的纵向关联,实现工程管理专业课程的纵向整合,提高BIM实践教学的效果。为当前工程管理专业BIM教育融合提供了一个具体的案例借鉴和理论框架,对BIM人才培养和教学改革具有一定的示范作用。This paper analyzes deeper integration issues between BIM and Project management professional course through the organization and management of BIM capstone. By means of Damien Duff's4MF management model, project management integration course of case teaching and BIM design phases, puts forward engineering management BIM capstone RPOLCP framework guided by the integration of case teaching and based on the team. Practice cases confirm that the framework can systematically analyze the vertical correlation between BIM capstone in different stages and four years of undergraduate professional courses. At the same time, it realizes the vertical integration of project management professional courses, as well as improving the effect of practical teaching of BIM. This study provides a concrete case reference and theoretical framework for current BIM education integration of engineering management.
