摘　　要：城市新贫困人口问题显示出目前我国社会保障制度仍存在诸多不完善之处,引起民众及社会保障学界的普遍关注。具体分析了城市新贫困人口产生的原因,有针对性地提出了相关对策建议,力图解决城市新贫困人口在城市基本生活及发展过程中遇到的瓶颈,促进社会良性平稳运行。The new urban povety problem reveals that the current social security system of our country, still has many imperfections, which arouses attention from the general public and the academic circles of social security. This paper will analyze the reasons of urban poverty population, and has put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions, in order to solve the bottleneck which the new urban population encounters in their basic urban lives and in the course of development, in order to promote society＇s benign and sound operation.
