摘　　要：心因性运动障碍(psychogenic movement disorders,PMDs)又称功能性运动障碍(functional movement disorders,FMD),是一种常见的转换障碍,对多数临床医师而言是既模糊又陌生的概念,现在已成为运动障碍疾病的重要分支和众多疑难杂症的注释。随着诊断水平的提高和治疗的进展,以多学科会诊(multidisciplinary team,MDT)为代表的多模式干预将在不久的将来成为PMDs的诊疗常规模式,该类疾病也将会被越来越多的临床医师所了解、识别乃至有效诊治。Psychogenic movement disorders（PMDs）,or functional movement disorders（FMDs）,is a conversion disorders. For most clinicians,the definition of PMDs/FMDs is not only vague,but also unfamiliar. However,PMDS/FMDs has became one important branch of movement disorders and annotation for various complicated diseases. Following the improvement of diagnosis and treatment,multiple-modes intervention,for example multidisciplinary team,will become the routine protocol for PMDS/FMDS and the disorders also will be understood,recognized and treated effectively by clinicians in future.
