摘　　要：老年痴呆症在全球发病率逐年上升,该疾病是以进行性神经系统退行性变为特征,一旦患病,整个病程都将伴随一系列不安全隐患,于是老年痴呆患者的安全管理日渐引起国际的关注。本文通过综述国内外老年痴呆患者安全管理的研究现状,介绍近年来老年痴呆患者与安全相关的危险因素和测评工具,提出老年痴呆患者安全管理的主要具体内容,期望为今后老年痴呆的安全管理模式提供借鉴与参考。The number of the patients with dementia is increasing every year all over the world. Dementia is a kind of regressive disease of central nervous system. During the course of dementia,there are a lot of potential risks to safety of patients. So the international association pays more attention to the safety management of dementia nowadays. By reviewing the literates of safety management of the patients with dementia and understanding the related risk factors and assessment tools in recent years,the author suggests the main steps in the safety management in dementia,and hope to provide an advice for the further study.
