摘　　要：甘麦大枣汤出自《金匮要略·妇人杂病脉证并治》,是古今中医生普遍习用的经方名方,药仅三味,药简效宏,具有养心安神,补脾和中,柔肝缓急的功效,主治脏躁证,现可广泛应用于多种身心疾病、儿科疾病、消化系统疾病等。现代临床用其补脾气,宁心神的作用,古方今用,异病同治,常用该方滋阴益气养血之功,治疗频发性室性早搏、低血压病、窦性心动过缓、抑郁症、围绝经期综合征、小儿夜啼等证疗效显著。本方药物既是食品,亦为药品,取材容易,经济实惠,服用方便,极是平和之方,值得进一步深化对该方及其应用配伍的认知,不断总结古今医家的应用规律,扩大其在临床上的应用范围。Licorice and Wheat and Jujube Decoction comes from Essentials frnm the Gnlden Cabinet, is a generally- used famous classical prescription by ancient and moderu TCM physicians ,includes only three kinds of drugs with good efficiency ,has functions of nourishing the heart and calming the mind, strengthening the spleen and harmonizing the middle energizer, nourishing the liver and relieving spasm ,mainly treats hysteria syndrome,and can be widely used for treating a variety of body and mind diseases, pediatric diseases, digestive system diseases, etc. In modern clinical practice, tbe doctors make use of its flmctions of tonifying the spleen and calming the mind, treating different diseases with the same therapeutic principle to nourish yin, qi and bloom ,and has remarkable effect on frequent ventricular premature beat ; hypotension ; sinus bradycardia ; depression ; perimenopausal syndrome; infantile night crying,etc. Licorice and Wheat and Jujube Decoction not only belongs to food, but also drugs, easy to be obtained, at＇fordable,easy in take ,and is an extremely mild prescription, worth exploring its application and compatibility. Therefore ,we should constantly sum up the application rules of ancient and modern physicians ,and expand the scope of its application in clinic.
