摘　　要：基于公民自愿模型视角,以城市居民为例,定量分析了政治动机、政治资源和社会网络对网络政治参与行为的影响。研究发现,政治动机、政治资源和社会网络对网络政治参与行为均影响显著,其中作为政治资源的政治技能和作为社会网络的社团参与程度的影响作用尤为显著;在政治动机包含的两个变量政治兴趣和政治效能感中,则政治兴趣的影响作用更为显著。On the basis of Citizenship Voluntary Model（CVM）, this paper takes urban residents as an exam- pie to analyze the influence of political motives, political resources and social networks upon online political participation through quantitative analysis. The research finds the influence is significant; and among the influencing factors, political skills as political resources and community participation as social network play particularly important roles; and of the two variants incorporated in political motives, namely, political inter- est and political efficacy, the former plays a more significant role .
