摘  要:首次建立了气相色谱法与磁力搅拌器、顶空相结合,测定底泥中CO_2的方法。取适量的底泥与磁力搅拌子放在100m L顶空瓶中密封。将顶空瓶放在集热式磁力搅拌器中,打开磁力搅拌系统,转动10min,停止,45℃平衡25min,抽取顶空气体1m L注入气相色谱仪配转化炉和FID检测器进行测定。基质加标回收率:99.71%,线性范围:0.06~8.0%,方法精密度:5.38%,方法检出限:0.08ug/kg。本方法简单、灵敏度高、线性范围宽,值得推广和实践。Establish a Method for the determination of carbon in sediments by gas chromatography with magnetic stirrer and headspace for the first time. Take appropriate amount of sediments in a headspace bottle of 100mL with a magnetic stirrer, Sealed. The headspace bottle on the collector type magnetic stirrer, Open the magnetic stirring system, rotational 10min, stop,balance of 25 min at 45℃, extraction headspace gas 1mL, determine by a gas chromatograph with the reformer and FID detector. Media recovery :99.71%, Linear range :0.06 - 8.0% , Method precision :5.38% , detection limit of the method:0.08ug/kg. The method is simple, high sensitivity, wide linear range and is worthy of promotion and practice.
