摘　　要：沧州师范学院乃至沧州其它高校在Moodle教学平台的研究和应用上还是空白.为了充分发挥网络环境下Moodle教学平台的教学功能和教育资源优势,通过分析沧州师范学院对网络教学的总体功能需求,设计了具有地方特色的Moodle教学平台结构,并开发了沧州师范学院的Moodle平台网络教学系统.Up to now, the research and application of Moodle teaching platform remains a blank not merely in CNU （Cangzhou NormalUniversity）but in many other colleges and universities in Cangzhou. In order to give full play to the Moodle teaching platform＇s efficiency under the network environment and paper is devoted to an analysis of theoverall functional requirements of the make good use of educational resources, this network teaching in CNU, and therebydesigns a Moodle teaching platform with regional characteristics and developsa network teaching system based on this Moodle platform in CNU.
