摘　　要：舍利,一直是僧俗两界共同讨论的热门话题。然而,由于人们对其中的深层知识,以及其流传的历史演变的了解非常有限,所以讨论仅限于表层的热闹而已,难以深入。关于舍利的失窃、仿制和宗门公案对舍利的借用等常是学界忽视的问题。运用史料与考古发现作一较为深入的论述,有助于人们进一步认清舍利信仰在中国佛教史上的地位与作用。arrahas been a heated topic in the Buddhist community and Sociology discussion. However,due to the lack of deep knowledge as well as its historical evolution, the discussion is limited to the surface.From a new perspective, this paper has noticed the problemswhich the academic circles neglect, for example,the theft and imitation of arra and the conditions for use in Zen koans. The paper makes use of historical and archaeological discoveries for a deeper discussion, so that people might further their understanding of the function of arra in the history of Chinese Buddhism.
