摘　　要：腹腔镜肾部分切除术(LPN)已成为T1a肾肿瘤的重要治疗措施,但对于中央型肾肿瘤,腹腔镜肾部分切除术仍然面临巨大挑战,甚至被认为是后腹腔镜手术的禁区,我中心在同行积累各种经验的基础上,经长期临床实践,总结各种经验教训,对后腹腔镜中央型肾肿瘤肾部分切除术的具体操作进行改进及规范化,通过"拱形窗建立、肾脏旋转、肾脏复位"等技术的应用对手术进行解剖程序化操作,使手术难度降低,减少了手术并发症的发生,缩短了这一术式的学习曲线。Although laparoscopic partial nephrectomy（LPN）has become an important treatment for T1a renal tumors,it still faces enormous challenges for central kidney cancer,which is even considered the restricted area in retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery.Our hospital has summarized long-term experiences and lessons,improved and modified the operations of retroperitoneal LPN in central kidney cancer,based on ＂arched windows building,renal rotation and resetting the kidney＂.The procedural operation has reduced the operation difficulty and complications,and shortened the learning curve.
