麦草碱法制浆黑液的离心分离及其特性研究

摘　　要：通过对麦草浆黑液悬浮物的离心分离,发现离心分离后黑液蒸发浓缩的浓度得到了显著提升,其黑液VIE值能从4.5mL/g激增至28.3mL/g,几乎与木材黑液的VIE值相当。离心分离能移除约1/3的SiO_2,它能明显改善黑液浓度和VIE值,非常有利于黑液碱回收。After Separation of suspended matter from wheat straw pulping black liquor by centrifugation, the concentration of the black liquor has been significantly improved. Meanwhile, its VIE value in- creased from 4.5mL/g to 28.3mL/g, being almost equal to that of the wood black liquor. About 1/3 of silica was removed from the black liquor. The result would be of great importance to alkali recovery of the black liquor.
