摘 要:目的:总结分析计算机X线(CR)摄影技术的应用及分析。方法:利用美国Kodak公司Direct View CR850计算机X线摄影扫描系统与现有国产500mA X线机匹配使用,对120例病人进行两次摄影,即先进行CR摄影,待图像处理及读出后,再进行普通口内牙片摄影,进行分析对比。结果:120例被检者牙齿口外CR摄影在成像时间、曝光角度、图像质量控制及存储、曝光宽容度等方面均优于普通牙片,得到不同的中心线投射角度及X线曝光参数。结论:牙齿口外CR摄影准确地了解牙齿情况,成像速度快,被检查后约数秒钟即可看到结果;照射剂量减少,约为普通牙片的60%~70%,减少被检者暴露在X线中的时间;CR系统与原有X线机匹配及成像板(IP)可重复使用,减少反复投资,费用降低。该技术是牙齿口外数字化发展的方向,适合中小型综合医院应用。objective:to analyze computer x-ray(CR) photography and research.Using United States Kodak Direct View CR850 the company computed radiography scanning system matching with current 500 mA x ray machine used on 120 patients for two photography,namely CR photography,image processing,and after reading,again for intraoral dental film photography,were analyzed.Results:of 120 cases being checked dental extraoral CR photography at imaging time,exposure point,image quality control and storage,exposure latitude is better than normal teeth,get a different centre line projection angle and x-ray exposure parameters.Conclusions:teeth outside the CR accurately comprehend the situation of photography and imaging speed,checked a few seconds after you can see the result; radiation dose reduction,approximately 60% ~ 70% of plain radiograph,reducing inspection time exposed x-ray; CR system matches the original x-ray machine and imaging plate(IP) can be reused,reducing repeated investment,lower costs.This technology is the development of dental extraoral digital direction,suitable for small and medium sized applications in General Hospital.
