摘 要:为了研究工业用盘式制动器的疲劳破坏和使用寿命,利用ANSYS对工业制动器进行一定工况下的制动仿真分析,并以得到的温升和热应力为依据,采用Manson-Coffin公式对其进行寿命预测,探讨不同工况对疲劳寿命的影响,从而为制动器的设计和使用提供一定的理论指导。To research the fatigue destruction and service life of the industrial disc brake, ANSYS was applied to conduct braking simulation and analysis of the industrial brake in a certain operation mode, and the temperature rise and the heat stress were obtained. Based on which, Manson-Coffin formula was used to predict its service life, and the influence of operation modes on the fatigue life was discussed also. The research offered some theoretical guidance for the design and employment of the brake.
