摘 要:目的调查某三级甲等医院不同层级护士的职业认同及职业获益感现状及其差异。方法采用护士职业认同评价量表和护士职业获益感问卷对432名护士进行调查。结果护士的职业认同总分为(101.72±19.37)分,职业获益感总分为(111.39±18.96)分;一级护士职业认同及职业获益感总分均高于二级护士和三级护士(P<0.05)。结论护士的职业认同和职业获益感处于中等水平,不同层级护士职业认同及职业获益感现状存在差异,应采取针对性的干预措施提高护士的职业获益感和职业认同水平。Objective To investigate the current situation and differences of professional identity and occupation benefit of nurses at different hierarchies in a 3A - level hospital. Methods The nurses'professional identity scale and the nurses'occupational benefit questionnaire were used to investigate 432 nurses. Results The total score of nurses'professional identity was ( 101.72 ± 19.37 ) , and the total score of occupation benefit was ( 111.39 ± 18.96 ). The level l nurses'professional identity and occupation benefit scores wore higher than those in nurses of level 2 or 3 ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The nurseg professional identity and occupation benefit are in the middle level, and professional identity and current occupation benefit of nurses at different levels are different. The targe- ted intervention measures should be taken to improve the levels of professional benefits and orofessional identity of nurses.
