中药雾化治疗肿瘤化疗并发口腔溃疡的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:探讨中药雾化吸入治疗治疗化疗患者口腔溃疡的疗效。方法:2014年9月至2016年3月,商丘梁园牙博士口腔病防治所收治肿瘤化疗后导致口腔溃疡患者100例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各50例。对照组患者给予常规外用药物及口腔清洁治疗,给予患者常规0.9%氯化钠注射液漱口,并将口腔溃疡散等药物涂至患者口腔溃疡部位,每日5~6次,7 d为1个疗程,观察组以中药雾化吸入治疗,比较两组患者疼痛缓解以及治疗效果。结果:观察组患者疼痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分为(2.03±0.86)分,对照组为(4.39±1.03)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后显效35例,有效13例,无效2例,有效率为96.00%,对照组治疗后显效23例,有效14例,无效13例,有效率为74.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药雾化吸入可以明显缓解肿瘤化疗患者的口腔溃疡引起的疼痛,能促进溃疡面的愈合。Objective To investigate the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine inhalation in the treatment of oral ulcers in patients with chemotherapy. Methods From September 2014 to March 2016, 100 patients with oral ulcers were treated with chemotherapy. The patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 50 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with conventional topical drugs and oral hygiene, and the patients were treated with normal saline gargling and oral ulcer and other drugs were applied to patients with oral ulcer, 5-6 times per day for 7 days, the observation group Chinese medicine inhalation treatment, compared the two groups of patients with pain relief and treatment. Results The VAS score was（2.03 ± 0.86） in the observation group and（4.39 ± 1.03） in the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The effective rate was 96.00 % in the control group, 23 cases were effective in the control group, 14 cases were effective, 13 cases were ineffective, the effective rate was 74.00 %, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Inhalation of traditional Chinese medicine can relieve the pain caused by oral ulcer in patients with chemotherapy and can promote the healing of ulcer.
