颜少明立体视觉检查图第3版在健康成年人中应用的比较分析

摘　　要：目的评估颜少明立体视觉检查图第3版与第2版在健康成年人中立体视觉检测结果的一致性。方法选取双眼矫正视力正常、无眼疾的某部队官兵520人作为受试者,应用颜少明立体视觉检查图第3版检查受试者的立体视锐度,同时应用第2版进行检查作为对照,采用Kappa检验对数据进行统计学分析,比较两种检查结果的一致性。结果在第3版检测结果中,黄斑中心凹立体视(≤60″)、黄斑立体视(80″~200″)和周边立体视(≥200")的百分比分别为97.31%,1.92%和0.77%。在第2版检测结果中,分别为95.96%、2.88%和1.16%。两种检查结果的一致性有统计学意义(Kappa=0.736,P=0.000)。结论颜少明立体视觉检查图第3版无需佩戴红绿分离眼镜,在良好的自然光线下检测立体视功能,使用方便快捷,在健康成年人的应用中具有与第2版同样的灵敏度和可靠性。Objective To evaluate the consistency of the results of stereoscopic vision examination of Yan Shaoming＇s stereoscopic vision test chart of the third and the second edition in healthy adults.Methods Five hundred and twenty officers and soldiers with normal binocular corrected vision and without eye diseases in an army unit were enrolled.Stereoacuities were examined using Yan Shaoming＇s stereoscopic vision test chart of the third edition, and the results of the second edition were used as a control.Kappa test was used for statistical analysis comparing the consistency of the two examination results.Results In the results of the third edition, the percentages of foveal stereopsis（≤ 60＂）,macular stereopsis（80＂-200＂） and peripheral stereopsis（≥200＂） were 97.31%,1.92%,and 0.77% respectively.In the results of the second edition,the percentages were 95.96%, 2.88%, and 1.16% respectively.The consistency of the two results was statistically significant（Kappa = 0.736, P = 0.000）.Conclusions Yan Shaoming＇s stereoscopic vision test chart of the third edition is intuitive in the stereoacuity examination,without wearing the red-blue glasses.It could quickly and promptly examine the stereoacuity in good natural light,who has the same sensitivity and reliability as the second edition in healthy adults.
