摘　　要：目的调查10~11岁小学生视力异常比率、分布,分析影响因素,指导儿童近视的防控。方法对唐山市10~11岁儿童3087例(6174眼),男1512人,女1575人,进行集中视力检查和用眼情况调查问卷填写分析。对视力异常儿童在医院做进一步眼科检查,明确视力异常的原因。结果视力异常3766眼,异常率61.00%。其中近视3521眼(57.03%);远视202眼(3.27%);混合散光32眼(0.52%);眼部疾病11眼(0.18%)。调查问卷分析,视力异常相关因素第一位为连续用眼时间,依次是读书写字及握笔姿势、每天户外自然光线下活动少于2小时、父母双方屈光不正、电子产品接触时间等。结论导致10~11岁小学生视力异常主要原因是近视。主要影响因素是连续用眼时间、读写姿势等后天环境和先天遗传。Objective Conduct a research to 10-11 years old pupils to know the vision abnormal ratio,distribution and its influencing factors to young children, according to the scientific data guide young pupils to prevent and control shortsightedness.Methods Participants were 10-11 years old pupils,3087 pupils（6174 eyes,1512 boys and 1575 girls） were examined and filled in the eye condition questionnaire survey analysis forms.Childrens with abnormal vision problems were called to do further examination.Results 3766 eyes with abnormal visual acuity,the abnormal rate was 61.00%,3521 eyes（57.03%） with myopia problem; 202 eyes（3.27%） with hyperopia problem; 32 eyes（0.52%）with mixed astigmatism; 11 eyes（0.18%） with ocular diseases.According to the questionnaires form,it shows the reason of children＇s vision abnormal,the first one is eyes keep working for long time without proper rest,and the second one is the posture of reading and writing,others factors include daily outdoor time which exposure to natural light less than two hours,both parents have ametropia,spent long time to electronic products etc.Conclusions Myopia is the main reason which related to abnormal vision illness of 10-11 years old pupils,and the main influencing factors both from the genetic and other acquired environment factors such as continuous eye working hours,reading and writing posture etc.
