摘　　要：基层人民检察院在适用简易程序办理公诉案件过程中,存在着适用简易程序率不高、法院对适用简易程序建议采纳率不高等诸多问题。本文在调研的基础上,针对实践中出现的问题,对适用简易程序快速办理机制提出建议。In dealing with public prosecution cases, the grassroots people＇s Procuratorate＇s adoption of the summary procedure is quite rare, and the efficiency of using summary procedure is low. The reason for these problems are various. This paper, based on a careful survey and research, provides some recommendations and measures to improve the Quick-deal system in the application of summary procedure in public prosecution cases.
