摘  要:为了提高地方本科院校《食品分析与检验》课程理论与实验教学质量,基于网络和文献资料调查分析了中国各地高校《食品分析与检验》课程整体教学现状,并对课程教学改革的必要性进行了深入的探讨与分析。调查结果发现,当前地方本科院校《食品分析与检验》课程教学中普遍存在课程内容与就业岗位关联度低等突出问题,为了适应地方本科院校人才培养和当前转型发展需求,该课程教学改革势在必行。To improve the theoretical and experimental teaching quality of Food Analysis and Detection course in local universities, whole teaching situation and necessity of curriculum teaching reform for this curriculum were discussed and studied based on the network andliteratUre invegtigation. It was found that problems liking the teaching contents of this course very lowly related to the future employment of students were outstanding in local universities. To adapt io the personnel training as well as transformation and development of colleges, curriculum teaching reform of this course was imperative.
