摘　　要：随着国家倡导建立创新型社会,人们开始越来越注重对大学生创新能力的培养。而TRIZ理论指导人们在对问题进行思考和解决的过程中找到科学化的探索方向,对人们思考能力和创新能力的培养及提高有着极大的帮助作用。通过对TRIZ理论进行简要的概述,并分析现阶段大学生创新能力的培养现状,进而提出将TRIZ理论应用到大学生创新能力培养的具体措施。As the advocacy of setting up an innovative society by our country, people pay even more attention to the cultivation of college students＇ innovative ability. The TRIZ theory plays an important role in improving thinking ability and cultivating innovative ability because it can guide people to find the scientific exploration direction in the process of thinking and solving problems. This paper, based on a brief overview of the TRIZ theory, analyzes the current situation of cultivating college students＇ innovative ability, and then puts forward concrete measures to apply the TRIZ theory into the cultivation of college students＇ innovative ability.
