摘　　要：高校教代会提案工作是完善教代会制度建设,充分落实教代会各项职权的重要途径,高校要规范教代会提案工作制度,重视提案工作质量和落实效果。本文重点对教代会提案工作的有效途径进行分析研究,旨在进一步推进教代会提案工作,切实维护教职工的合法权益,提高学校的民主管理水平。Colleges and universities teachers representative conference is the important way of improving the system of nstitutional improvement and fully implementing all the functions and powers. Colleges and universities should standardized the system of proposing work, attaches great importance to the proposal work quality and the implementation of the results. This paper mainly analyzes the effective ways to teachers representative conference to proposal work study, aiming to further promote teaching acting meeting to proposal work, earnestly safeguardind the legitimate rights and interests of the staff, improving the democratic management of the school.
