摘　　要：在高校开展"两学一做"学习教育应结合高校自身特点,创新"两学一做"学习方式、丰富学习载体、完善学习制度,推进高校"两学一做"学习教育常态化、制度化建设,使高校基层党组织建设和思想政治教育抓在日常、严在经常,不断加强高校基层党组织建设。It is regarded necessary for Party members to carry out theoretical studies in colleges. How- ever, there should be an innovated method to enrich their learning and promote their regular and constant learning. Moreover, it is important that the Party organizations strive for the study in a regular and upda- ted manner.
