摘　　要：根据工作流的思想,使用GSM modem、jsp技术、jdbc连接mysql数据库构建基于工作流的学院教务管理系统。根据需求,系统实现了消息的逐级发送及转发,文件的上传及下载,使用GSM modem进行消息的督办。线上系统内直接转发和反馈可以避免使用其他工具造成的消息不准确等问题,短信督办模块可有效地保证消息处理的及时性。因此本系统可有效提高工作效率,实现办公的自动化和信息化。The paper builds an educational administration management system based on the idea of workflow with GSM modem,jsp technology and jdbc connection. According to the need of users,the system achieves the messages distribution and receiving by group,uploading and downloading of files,supervising to handle affairs by GSM modem. In order to avoid the falsely reporting of messages,the system provides the function for users to forward messages and feedback online directly by the system. Supervising to handle affairs by sending short message will ensure that the messages can be read and handled in time as well. In summary,the system can effectively enhance working effectiveness and realize the office automation.
