摘 要:目的探讨高心率(90~110次/min)患者在舌下含服硝酸甘油片对飞利浦i CT冠脉CTA血管扩张情况的影响。方法选择各科室疑为冠心病(coronary artery disease,CAD)的患者共82例,男48例,女34例,平均年龄(60.12±11.4)岁,随机分成舌下含硝酸甘油片(1组)及不含硝酸甘油片(2组)两组,心跳在90~110次/min之间,分别行飞利浦i CT冠脉造影(computed tomography angiography,CTA),对冠状动脉血管宽度分别进行测量,并对两组冠脉的6个节段进行统计学分析。结果按照国际心血管CT协会(SCCT)分段标准指南,两组冠脉6个节段中,右冠状动脉近段(第1段)、后降支近段(第4段)、左冠状动脉主干(第5段)、前降支近段(第6段)、第一对角支(第9段)、回旋支近段(第11段)可分析血管患者例数相同,两组4段的血管宽度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论患者舌下含硝酸甘油片行256层i CT冠脉CTA对成像有提高作用,可对临床诊断提供有利依据。Objective To investigate the effect of sublingual nitroglycerin tablets on the Philips iCT coronary CTA vasodilatation in patients with high heart rate(90-110 beats/min). Methods A total of 82 suspected coronary heart disease (CAD) patients including 48 males and 34 females with an average age of (60.12±11.4)were randomly divided into sublingual nitroglycerin tablets group(Group 1) and nitroglycerin-free group(Group 2) with heartbeat between 90-110 beats/ min. The computed tomography angiography(CTA) was performed and the width of the coronary vessels were measured respectively. The six segments of the two groups were analyzed statistically. Results the number of patients was the same in vessels that can be analyzed in right coronary artery proximal segment(fragment 1), posterior descending proxi- mal segment (fragment 4), left main coronary artery (fragment 5), anterior descending branch (fragment 6), first diagonal branch (fragment 9), roundabout(fragment 11) among 6 segments of the coronary of two groups, according to the guidelines of the International Association of Cardiovascular CT (SCCT). There were significant differences in blood vessel width between the four segments, and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion The sublingual nitroglycerin tablets of the patients who undergo 256 layers iCT coronary CTA can improve the imaging effect and provide a favorable basis for clinical diagnosis.
