亚低温联合促红细胞生成素对重度缺氧缺血性脑病新生儿血清中神经功能指标的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨亚低温联合促红细胞生成素(EPO)对重度缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)新生儿血清中神经功能指标的影响。方法:收集本院重度缺氧缺血性脑病新生儿48例,随机分为对照组及观察组各24例。在常规治疗基础上,对照组加入亚低温治疗,观察组加入亚低温联合EPO治疗。对比两组患儿治疗前后血清神经损伤指标、神经功能指标、神经凋亡指标的差异。结果:治疗前,两组血清中神经损伤指标、神经功能指标、神经凋亡指标含量的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组血清中神经损伤指标NSE、S-100B的含量低于对照组,神经功能指标BDNF、NGF、IGF-1、GH的含量高于对照组,神经凋亡指标sFas、sFasL的含量低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:亚低温联合促红细胞生成素可减轻重度HIE患儿的神经功能损伤、抑制神经元凋亡。Objective： To study the influence of Hypothermia combined with erythropoietin （EPO） on serum contents of neurological function indices in severe Hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy（HIE） Newborn.Methods： A total of 48 cases of Hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy Newborn were enrolled and randomly divided into control group and observation group of 24 cases.On the basis of conventional treatment, patients in control group were treated with mild hypothermia, and those in observation group were treated with mild hypothermia combined with EPO.Serum nerve injury index, nerve function index, nerve apoptosis index between two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results： Before treatment, there were no significant difference between two groups in the indices of nerve injury, nerve function and nerve apoptosis （P＆gt;0.05）.After treatment, serum contents of nerve damage indices such as NSE, S-100B in observation group were lower than those in control group, nerve function indices such as BDNF, NGF, IGF-1, GH in observation group were higher than those in control group, apoptosis indices such as sFas, sFasL in observation group were lower than those in control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusions： Mild hypothermia combined with EPO can reduce the neurological damage and inhibit neuronal apoptosis in severe HIE children.
