摘　　要：高校图书馆的发展一直是近年来图书馆界研究的热门话题,民族地区经济、文化的发展都相对滞后,民族地区的高校图书馆可持续发展更是困境重重,如何着眼现在,把握机遇,实现更好的发展将是民族地区每个高校图书馆人思考的问题。文章以内蒙古财经大学图书馆为例,分析了当前民族地区高校图书馆发展的困境和一些解决思路。The development of university libraries has been a hot topic in recent years, the development of economy and culture in minority areas is relatively lagging, the sustainable development of university libraries in minority areas is more difficult. How to focus on the present situation and to grasp the opportunity in order to achieve better development will become the issue which every librarian in univeristies needs to ponder in minority areas. This paper takes the library of Inner Mongolia University of Finance and Economics as an example and analyzes the difficulties and solutions to the development of university libraries in minority areas.
