摘 要:为提高杜仲叶的利用价值,更好地开发、保护和合理利用杜仲资源,采用多指标综合评分法研究不同制干工艺对杜仲叶药效成分的影响。结果表明:杜仲叶的绿原酸含量以热风杀青80℃烘干工艺最高,为1.059 7%;松脂醇二葡萄糖苷含量以蒸青后80℃烘干工艺最高,为0.521 6%;总黄酮含量以热风杀青70℃烘干工艺最高,为11.910 0%;水溶性浸出物含量以蒸青后80℃烘干工艺最高,为41.980 0%;醇溶性浸出物含量以热风杀青70℃烘干工艺最高,为43.490 0%。多指标综合评分以蒸青后80℃烘干工艺的最高,为0.872 5;建议生产上用蒸青后80℃烘干工艺对杜仲叶进行制干处理。The effects of different drying methods on medicinal components in leaves of Eucommia ulmoides was evaluated by the multi-index comprehensive scoring method to improve the utilization value of E. ulrnoides leaves and preferably develop, protect and utilize E. ulmoides resources. Results: The ehlorogenic acid content in E. ulmoides leaves dried with hot wind at 80℃ is the highest (1. 059 7%). The pinoresinol diglueoside content in E. ulmoides leaves dried at 80℃ after steaming is the highest (0. 521 6%). The flavonoids content in E. ulmoides leaves dried with hot wind at 70℃ is the highest (11. 910 0%). The water soluble extracts content in E. ulmoides leaves dried at 80℃ after steaming is the highest (41. 980 0%). The ethanol soluble extracts content in E. ulmoides leaves dried with hot wind at 70℃ is the highest (43. 490 0%). The comprehensive score of the drying at 80℃ after steam method is 0. 872 5 (the highest) based on the multi-index comprehensive scoring method. In conclusion, the method of drying at 80℃ after steam should be used in drying of E. uLmoides leaves.
