摘  要:基于三维尺寸特征进行分选具有广泛的应用。运用结构光作为光源,给出一种以单相机快速检测物料三维尺寸的方法。首先介绍分选机基于结构光的检测系统的构成及基于FPGA的专用功能相机的设计;然后介绍了基于线结构光获取物料长宽高信息的测量原理。高度的测量和计算比较容易实现,而针对物料长宽的检测,提出了基于Two-pass标注连通域的检测算法,仿真证明这种算法是可行的。The sorting based on three-dimensional size characteristics has a wide range of applications. Using the structured light illumination as the light source, a kind of rapid detection method with single camera to the three-dimensional size of ma- terials is introduced in this paper. Firstly, the composition of sorting machine detection system based on the structured light il- lumination and design for the special function eamera based on the FPGA are introduced; Then the principle of measuring the length and width of the material based on the line structured light illumination is introduced. The measurement and computa- tion of height is easy to implement, as for the detection of material length and width, detection algorithm based on the Two- pass labeling connected domain is proposed. It is proved by the simulation that this algorithm is feasible.
