尼龙绳联合钛夹辅助高频电凝切除术治疗大肠巨大息肉的临床观察

摘　　要：目的临床观察尼龙绳联合钛夹辅助高频电凝切除术治疗大肠巨大息肉的治疗效果。方法研究对象选取自本院2014年6月至2016年6月期间收治的大肠巨大息肉患者共42例,所有患者均采用尼龙绳联合钛夹辅助高频电凝切除术治疗,观察患者切除效果、并发症情况。结果42例患者经尼龙绳联合钛夹辅助高频电凝切除术后大肠巨大息肉均一次性切除,成功率为100.0%,无一例出现出血、穿孔等并发症;术后切除物均送病理检验,检验结果显示:绒毛状腺瘤13枚(30.95%)、管状腺瘤10枚(23.81%)、混合性息肉18枚(42.86%),绒毛状腺瘤局部癌变1枚(2.38%),已在内镜下完整切除,未行第二次手术治疗;术后3个月对患者进行结肠镜复查,所有患者病灶部位未发现息肉,愈面愈合较好,未发现异常。结论尼龙绳联合钛夹辅助高频电凝切除术治疗大肠巨大息肉疗效确切,可有效防止出血、穿孔等并发症,且手术较安全,具有重要的推广应用价值。Objective Clinical observation of nylon rope joint titanium clamp auxiliary electric coagulation treatment of e. huge polyps resecti.on treatment effect. Results 42 patients with nylon cord joint titanium clamp auxiliary e. large polyp after high frequency electric coagulation resection are one-time excision, the success rate was 100.0%, no occurrence complications such as hemorrhage, perforation; After resection were sent on pathology, test results showed that 13 rounds （30.95%） in a villous adenoma, tubular adenoma, 10 （23.81%）, mixed polyp, 18 （42.86%）, local canceration in a villous adenoma 1 （2.38%）, has complete excision under the endoscope, the second operation is not; Postoperative 3 months for the patient to colonoscopy, polyps are not found in all patients with lesion and the better surface healing, no abnormalities are found. Conclusion Nylon cord joint titanium clamp auxiliary curative effect is high frequency electric coagulation treatment of e. huge polyps resection, which can effectively prevent complications such as hemorrhage, perforation, and surgery is safe, has important application value.
