摘 要:为壳聚糖在火龙果贮藏保鲜上的应用提供参考,于火龙果花后5d、15d及25d喷施不同浓度及粘度的壳聚糖,成熟采收后分别置于常温和低温贮藏,分析采前喷施壳聚糖对火龙果贮藏性能及品质的影响。结果表明:采前喷施壳聚糖在一定程度上保护果实细胞膜的破坏,减缓果实的失水,延缓果皮变薄等生理代谢,同时保持火龙果采后贮藏过程中品质,从而延长其贮藏时间。其中,以采前喷施4g/L壳寡糖(分子量5 000)处理的效果最佳,在室温(22~25℃)贮藏条件下,出现腐烂现象比对照(空白处理)延长2d;低温[(15±1)℃]贮藏条件下,出现腐烂现象的时间比对照延长4d。In order to provide references for applying chitosan in pitaya storage, chitosan in varying concentration and viscosity was sprayed on pitaya 5 d, 15 d and 25 d after flowering, after harvest they were storaged in normal temperature and low temperature respectively, and then the effects of preharvest spraying chitosan on storage properties and quality of pitaya were analyzed. Results: Spraying chitosan b'efore harvest in a certain extent protected the fruit cell membrane damage and slowed down the fruit water loss, delayed physiological metabolism linked pericarp thinning, and maintaining the storage quality of postharvest pitaya, thus the storage time was prolonged. Preharvest spraying 4 g/L chitosan(molecular weight) was of the best effects, the putrefactive phenomenon occurred 2 d later than the control in normal temperature(22-25℃) storage, and 4 d later in low temperature storage.
