摘　　要：目的:调查国内针灸介入急性胰腺炎治疗的研究现状,为进一步研究提供方向和思路。方法:运用文献计量学方法,以中国期刊全文数据库为资料来源,回顾2005~2014年针灸治疗急性胰腺炎的文献并进行分析。结果:共纳入55篇有效文献,分别发表在37种期刊上;以临床研究类文献为主;临床治疗中以多种方法联合应用为主;对针灸治疗胰腺炎的机制有了一定研究。结论:针灸治疗本病在改善症状与体征方面疗效肯定,但临床及实验研究水平偏低,针灸作用机理仍需进一步研究。Objective： To provide the direction and the thinking of further study by reflecting the research status of acupuncture in interveneing the treatment of acute pancreatitis （AP） in the country. Methods： By using the method of bibliometrics, CNK/as the source of the information, the literature on acupuncture in treating AP from 2005 to 2014 were reviewed and analyzed. Results： All 55 effective papers were included, published in 37 kinds of periodicals respectively; mainly about clinical study; there were many methods combined with the application in clinical treatment; and certain studies about the mechanism of acupuncture in treating pancreatitis. Conclusion： The effects of acupuncture in treating AP are definite in improving the symptoms and body signs, while the levels of clinical and experimental studies are lower, and the mechanism of acupuncture needs to be further studied.
