摘  要:环状RNA(circ RNAs)是自然形成的广泛且多样的存在于生物体中的一类非编码RNA(nc RNA)。不同于传统的线性RNA,circ RNA呈封闭的环状结构,其结构稳定、丰度高、不受外切酶的影响、具有物种保守性及组织特异性。这些特点使circ RNA具有许多潜在的功能,如发挥micro RNA(mi RNA)海绵的作用、结合RNA结合蛋白和参与基因的转录等。近来的研究证明circ RNA通过调节肿瘤相关基因的表达,与肿瘤的发生、发展密切相关。本文就circ RNA在肿瘤中作用的研究进展进行了综述。circRNA (circularRNA) is a ubiquitous class of noncoding RNAs (non-codingRNAs, ncRNAs) in all kingdoms of life with diverse structures. Unlike linear RNAs, it naturally forms a covalently closed continuous loop to be more stable, and is thus resistant to RNA exonucleases. Furthermore, the tissue-specific expression pattern of this RNA gene is always well conserved across species. These features is corresponding to its numerous potential functions as working as microRNA sponges, RNA binding proteins or a factor involved in gene transcriptional regulation, etc. Previous studies have shown that circRNA plays a key role in many diseases, especially cancer. The involve- ment of circRNAs in the regulation of cancer-associated genes during carcinogenesis and progression has been reported. In this paper, we herein review the advances of circRNA in cancer.
