摘 要:目的:研究超声导向乳腺定位针技术在乳腺肿块中的临床应用价值。方法:选取2013年6月-2015年6月于本院就诊的78例乳腺肿块患者,对所有患者给予超声导向乳腺定位针技术进行定位并手术切除,分析检查结果。结果:术后病理结果显示,78例乳腺肿块患者共81个乳腺肿块,其中69例为良性共72个良性病变,9例为恶性共9个恶性病变。81个病灶大小为0.4~2.7 cm,平均(1.28±0.47)cm,病灶深度为0.3~1.9 cm,平均(0.89±0.41)cm。良性肿块小于恶性肿块,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),良性肿块与恶性肿块的深度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。良性肿块与恶性肿块的病变侧别比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。良性肿块与恶性肿块的BI-RADS分类比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在病灶形状方面,良性病灶卵圆形占比显著高于恶性病灶(P<0.05),不规则形状占比显著低于恶性病灶(P<0.05);良性病灶的皮肤平行占比高于恶性病灶(P<0.05);良性病灶后方回声无变化占比显著高于恶性病灶(P<0.05),而其后方回声减弱占比显著低于恶性病灶(P<0.05)。结论:超声导向乳腺定位针技术在乳腺肿块的治疗中应用价值高,能帮助医师准确有效的将无法扪及的病灶切除,值得临床推广使用。Objective:To study the clinical value of ultrasound guided breast positioning needle technique in breast tumor.Method:78 patients with breast masses in our hospital from June 2013 to June 2015 were selected,all patients were treated with ultrasound-guided breast positioning needle technique and surgically removed,and the results were analyzed.Result:The postoperative pathological results,78 breast tumor patients with a totalof 81 breast masses,69 patients were benign,with 72 benign lesions,9 cases were malignant and there were 9 malignant lesions.The size of the 81 lesions ranged from 0.4 to 2.7 cm,with an average(1.28±0.47)cm,and the depth of lesions ranged from 0.3 to 1.9 cm,with an average(0.89±0.41)cm.Benign tumor less than malignant tumor,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05),benign and malignant lumps in depth,there was no statistically significant difference(P〉0.05).There was no significant difference between benign tumor and malignant tumor on the lesion side(P〉0.05).The BI-RADS classification of benign tumor and malignant tumor was statistically different(P〈0.05).In the shape of lesions,the proportion of oval lesions in benign lesions was significantly higher than that in malignant lesions(P〈0.05),the irregular shape of the proportion of benign lesions was significantly lower than that of malignant lesions(P〈0.05);the parallel skin lesions of benign lesions was higher than those of malignant lesions(P〈0.05);benign lesions without posterior change proportion was significantly higher than that of malignant lesions(P〈0.05),the posterior echo of benign lesions was attenuated,and the proportion was lower than that of malignant lesions(P〈0.05).Conclusion:Ultrasound guided breast positioning needle technique has a high value in the treatment of breast lumps,it can help doctors to remove the lesions which are not accurate and effective,it is worthy of clinical use.
