穴位艾灸在治疗盆腔恶性肿瘤术后尿潴留中的效果

摘　　要：目的:观察穴位艾灸在治疗盆腔恶性肿瘤术后尿潴留中的临床效果。方法:选取本院在2014年8月-2016年11月收治的盆腔恶性肿瘤术后出现尿潴留患者78例,按照随机数字表法将患者分为观察组和对照组,每组39例。对照组给予常规促排尿方式(听流水声、热敷、会阴冲洗等),观察组在此基础上给予穴位艾灸法进行治疗,穴位选取肾俞、膀胱俞、中极、关元,观察比较两组患者临床疗效及尿流动力学指数。结果:观察组治疗后总有效率为92.31%,高于对照组的58.97%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组恢复正常排尿时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组治疗后Q-max、Pdet-Q-max、BC、PVR指标均优于治疗前,且观察组治疗后均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:穴位艾灸法在治疗盆腔恶性肿瘤术后尿潴留中效果显著,可明显缩短患者尿潴留时间,改善尿流动力学指数,值得临床推广。Objective：To observe the clinical effect of acupoint moxibustion in the treatment of urinary retention after pelvic malignant tumor.Method：From August 2014 to November 2016,78 patients with urinary retention after pelvic malignant tumor treated in our hospital were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,39 patients in each group.The control group was given the conventional urination and urination listening（like water sounds,hot compress,perineal washing,etc）,the observation group was given acupuncture moxibustion treatment on the basis of the control group,acupoints selected Shenshu,Pangguangshu,Zhongji,Guanyuan.The clinical efficacy and urodynamic index of the two groups were observed and compared.Result：The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.31%,higher than 58.97% of the control group,the difference was statistic significant（P〈0.05）;the recover normal urination time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,the difference was statistic significant（P〈0.05）;after the treatment,the Q-maxx,Pdet-Q-max,BC and PVR of the two groups both were improved compared with those before treatment,and those of the observation group were better than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Acupoint moxibustion in the treatment of pelvic malignant tumor after urinary retention effect is significant,can significantly shorten patient＇s urinaryretention time,improve the urodynamic index,worthy of clinical promotion.
