摘  要:磁脉冲焊接具有有效克服铝合金等材料成形性能差、焊接困难的特点,能精确、高效控制成形过程。以铝管与钢管为连接对象,建立了瞬态电磁场分析模型,分析了磁场相关参数;通过顺序耦合的方式,将电磁力加载至变形场,并结合能量曲线分析了作用过程的结果参数。通过对磁脉冲连接的数值模拟分析,可为磁脉冲连接工艺进一步研究提供借鉴。Magnetic pulse welding can effectively overcome the defects of aluminum alloy material forming with poor formability and welding difficulty,and can accurately and efficiently control the forming process. With aluminum tube and steel tube as the research object,based on the transient electromagnetic field analysis model,the magnetic field parameters were comprehensively analyzed. The electromagnetic force is loaded to the deformation field through the sequential coupling method. At the same time,combined with the energy curve,the parameters of the process were analyzed. Through the numerical simulation of the magnetic pulse welding,this paper provides some references for the further study of the technology of the magnetic pulse welding.
