肾炎舒颗粒联合氯沙坦治疗早期糖尿病肾病合并心血管疾病患者的疗效

摘　　要：目的：探讨在早期糖尿病肾病合并心血管疾病的患者中应用肾炎舒颗粒联合氯沙坦治疗的临床效果。方法：选取90例早期糖尿病肾病合并心血管疾病患者作为此次研究对象，入选患者按照摸球均分法进行分组，其中对照组的45例患者应用氯沙坦进行治疗，观察组的45例患者在对照组的基础上应用肾炎舒颗粒进行指标，比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果：经治疗后，观察组患者的HbA1c、FPG、Hcy、Cr、NAC、UAER、mAlb、β2-MG等各项指标均明显低于对照组，组间各项指标比较，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；观察组治疗的有效率（93.33％）明显高于对照组（82.22％），组间差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：在早期糖尿病肾病合并．心血管疾病的患者中应用肾炎舒颗粒联合氯沙坦治疗，有效改善患者各项指标提高临康疗效。Objective ：To investigate the early diabetic nephropathy merger of cardiovascular disease in patients with application of combined chlorine nephritis shu particles and the clinical effect of treatment. Methods： choose 90 cases of patients with early diabetic nephropathy with cardiovascular diseases as the research object, selected grouping patients according to touch the ball partitioning method, including 45 patients in the control group applied chlorine sand treatment, observation group 45 cases of patients in the control group on the basis of nephritis shu particles was used to index, compare the treatment effect of two groups of patients. Results： after treatment, the observation group of patients with HbAlc, FPG, Hcy, Cr, NAC, UAER, mAlb, beta 2 - MG etc. Each index were significantly lower than the control group, each index comparison between groups, statistically significant difference （P 〈 0.05）; Observation and efficient （93.33%） of treatment group was obviously higher than that of control group （82.22%）, differences between groups with statistical significance （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions： in patients with early diabetic nephropathy combined cardiovascular disease application nephritis shu particles combined chlorine treatment, effectively improve the indicators in patients with clinical efficacy.
