合并心血管疾病患者动静脉瘘并发症的超声监测作用

摘　　要：目的：探讨超声对尿毒症合并心血管疾病患者动静脉瘘并发症的监测作用。方法：回顾性分析34例因痿口震颤减弱或消失．血流量不足、以及穿刺或疼口部位包块等原因进行超声检查的合并心血管疾病患者的临床资料及超声表现。结果：34例中静脉瘤样扩张16例，血栓形成15例，瘘口狭窄2例，血肿1例，动脉瘤及盗血综合症未捡出。结论：超声是诊断动静脉瘘并发症的有效检查手段。Objective ：To investigate the effect of CDFI on the complications of arteriovenous fistula in uremic patients with maintenance henlodialysis. Methods：Retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 34 patients with blood loss due to the emergence of the fistula and the lack of blood flow, as well as puncture or fistula location of the cause of the ultrasound examination of the clinical data and ultrasound performance. Results：In 34 cases, 16 cases of middle vein tumor like expansion, 1,5 cases of thrombosis, 2cases of fistula stenosis, 1 cases of hematoma, Aneurysm and steal syndrome not detected. Conclusions：CDFl is an effective examination in diagnosis of arteriovenous fistula complication.
