浅析血清肿瘤标志物AFP、CEA和CA199联合检测在消化系统恶性肿瘤诊断中的临床应用价值

摘　　要：目的：探讨血清肿瘤标志物（甲胎蛋白）AFP、（癌胚抗原）CEA和（糖类抗原）CA199联合检测在消化系统恶性肿瘤诊断中的临床应用价值。方法：抽取湖南省某市区三甲医院2014年5月至2016年5月在医院接受活疗的248倒消化系统恶性肿瘤患者作为观察组，选取同期的156例消化系统良性疾病为对照组，给予两组患者化学发光法检测血清AFP，CEA和CA199的水平，记录结果，分析血清AFP、CEA和CA199在消化系统疾病的检测水平情况，血清AFP、CEA和CA199单项检测和联合检测一睛况。结果：观察组患者血清AFP、CEA和CA199检测水平相比于对照组，观察组明显要更高，组问比较，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）；血清AFP、CEA和CA199单项检测和联合检测水平进行比较，联合检测明显要更高。结论：血清肿瘤标志物AFP，CEA和CA199联合检测在消化系统恶性肿瘤诊断中的临床应用价值极高，提高了患者检测的敏感度，降低了疾病被漏诊的可能性。Objective ：To investigate the serum tumor markers （AFP）, AFP, CEA （carcinoembryonic antigen） and joint detection （carbohydrate antigen （CA199） in the diagnosis of digestive system malignant tumor clinical application value. Method： to extract a city 3 armour hospital of hunan province in May 2014 - May 2016 in the hospital for treatment of 248 patients with digestive system malignant tumor as observation group, select the same period of 156 cases of benign disease digestive system as the control group, two groups of patients＇ chemical luminescence method to measure the levels of serum AFP, CEA and CA199, record results, analysis of serum AFP, CEA and CA199 levels in the digestive system disease, serum AFP, CEA and CA199 individual test and joint test. Results： the observation group of patients serum AFP, CEA and CA199 levels compared with control group, the observation group is significantly higher, comparison between groups, statistically significant difference （P 〈 0.05）; Serum AFP, CEA and CA199 individual inspection and joint horizontal comparison, the joint detection significantly higher, Conclusion： the serum tumor markers AFP, CEA and CA199 joint detection in the diagnosis of digestive system malignant tumor of high value for clinical application, can improve the patients the detection sensitivity, reduces the likelihood of disease may therefore go undiagnosed.
