食品企业人才需求的调查研究

摘　　要：为了解食品企业人才需求、人员流动的特点,使食品专业学生对企业、事业单位用人状态有一个基本了解,该研究采用问卷调查的方式对不同岗位人员、规模企业进行信息收集,以不同的岗位和不同人员规模2个指标进行数据的分类统计处理。结果显示,专业性技术人员是企业的主要的人才需求类型,占比62.07%;在影响企业人员流动因素中,工资因素是最大的影响因素,占比39.66%;在不同规模企业调查中,本科以上学历层次是最大的需求,占比48.27%,但在不同岗位被调查人员中,需求最大的人员专科以上学历层次,占比与前者相同。由此可知,在校学习期间,认真专研一门技术和适当降低薪资期望是当前解决就业的良好办法。In order to know the food enterprises demand for talents,the characteristics of the flow of people,makefood professional students have a basic understanding about food enterprises and business unit of choose and employpersons,we use questionnaire to collect information of different posts,enterprise scale,in different positions and dif-ferent personnel scale two indicators for the classification of the data statistics processing.Results show that the pro-fessional and technical personnel is the enterprise of the main types of talents demand,accounting for more than62.07%;In the factors influencing the enterprise personnel flow,salary is one of the biggest influence factors,ac-counted for 39.66%;In different scale enterprise survey,bachelor degree or above level,is one of the biggest demandaccounted for 48.27%,but in different positions＇ informant,demand for the biggest is college and above education,the proportion is same to the former.Therefore,during the period of school learning,seriously study a technology,andappropriately reducing their salary expectations is the good way to solve the problem of employment.
