摘　　要：热敏纸在POS以及物流标签等领域应用过程中,出现积碳导致打印不清楚甚至造成打印头破坏的情况;出现黏纸导致较大的噪音或打印压缩、白条的情况。这些问题严重影响了打印机的正常使用。首先对积碳和黏纸的机理、现象和危害进行了介绍,其次对评价方法做了阐述,最后对产生原因进行了分析。When used in printing fields as POS and logistic labels, the thermal paper is often confronted with the problem of carbon sludge, which can cause vague printing, damage of thermal print head, and sticking phenomenon, thus leading to the problem of noise, printing contraction or blank area. Those problems seriously affect the normal use of thermal printers. The essay hereby firstly introduced the formation mechanism, phenomenon and harm of carbon sludge and sticking, supplied evaluation methods, and finally analyzed the causes of these problems in detail.
