摘  要:目的研究抑郁症合并2型糖尿病患者中的血浆脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)及血清三酰甘油(TG)的变化,并探讨BDNF与抑郁焦虑症状、TG的关系。方法选择2014年1月至2015年8月我院收治的抑郁症合并2型糖尿病患者90例为A组,选择同期我院收治的2型糖尿病患者90例为B组,选择同期来我院体检的健康人群90例为对照组。采用酶联免疫吸附(ELISA)法测定血浆BDNF浓度,应用全自动生化仪测定血清TG水平,使用汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、汉密顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评估抑郁焦虑症状。分析3组血浆BDNF、TG水平以及HAMD、HAMA总分之间的差别,并探讨三者之间的关系。结果 A组HAMD总分、HAMA总分均明显高于B组、C组,3组HAMD、HAMA总分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组血浆BDNF含量明显低于B组、C组,3组血浆BDNF水平比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组血清TG含量明显高于B组、C组,3组血清TG水平比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对A组抑郁症合并2型糖尿病患者进行Pearson相关分析显示,BDNF与HAMD评分(r=-0.806,P<0.01),HAMA评分(r=-0.824,P<0.01)以及TG呈负相关(r=-0.713,P<0.01)。结论抑郁症合并2型糖尿病患者血浆BDNF水平比较低,且与抑郁焦虑症状、TG水平相关。Objective To study the relation among plasma brain derived neurotrophic faetor ( BDNF ), serum triglyeeride, anxiety and depression symptoms in depression patients complicated with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods 42 depression patients complicated with type 2 diabetes mellitus from January 2014 to August 2015 were assigned into A group, Selected the same period in our hospital 90 cases of type-2 diabetes patients as B group. Meanwhile, 90 healthy subjects who visited the hospital for health examination during the same period were selected as the control group. The level of plasma BDNF, TG concentrations were measured, and depression and anxiety were assessed by HAMD and HAMA. Results The total scores of HAMD and HAMA in A group were significant higher than those in the B, C group ( P〈0.05 ) . The level of BDNF in the A group were significant lower than those in the B, C group ( P〈0.05 ) . The contents of TG in the A group were significant higher than those in the B, C group ( P〈0.05 ) . The correlation analysis showed significant negative correlation between the BDNF and the total scores of HAMD, HAMA (r =-0.806, r =- 0.824, P〈0.01 ), and TG ( r =- 0.713, P〈0.01 ) . Conclusions Plasma BDNF concentration was lower in depression patients complicated with type 2 diabetes mellitus, moreover, it was negative correlation between the BDNF and TG, anxiety and depression symptoms.
