慢性精神分裂症诱导性心血管事件的状况调查及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的探讨慢性精神分裂症诱导性心血管事件的状况调查及影响因素。方法回顾性分析2013年1月~2016年1月医院138例慢性精神分裂症患者的病例资料,根据有无并发诱导性心血管事件分为心血管事件组(59例)和无心血管事件组(79例),分析两组临床资料的差异,并进行Logistic回归分析。结果心血管事件组吸烟史、新型抗精神病药物的所占比例高于无心血管事件组(P<0.05);BMI、FPG、FINS、TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C高于无心血管事件(P<0.05),载脂蛋白A低于无心血管事件,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),Logistic回归分析显示,吸烟史、BMI、FPG、TC、HDL-C、抗精神病药物与慢性精神分裂症诱导性心血管事件密切相关。结论吸烟史、BMI、FPG、TC、抗精神病药物是慢性精神分裂症诱导性心血管事件的独立危险因素,高HDL-C为保护因素。Objective To explore the status of cardiovascular events induced by chronic schizophrenia and the influencing factors. Methods A retrospective analysis of clinical data was carried out in 138 patients with chronic schizophrenia from January 2013 to January 2016, patients were divided into cardiovascular events group （59 cases ） and no cardiovascular events group （ 79 cases ） according to whether they had induced cardiovascular events, differences in clinical data in the two groups were analyzed, Logistic regression analysis was carried out. Results Proportion of smoking history, new type antipsychotic drugs in cardiovascular events group were higher than no cardiovascular events group significantly （P〈O.05）; BMI, FPG, FINS, TC, TG, LDL-C, HDL-C in observation group were higher than no cardiovascular events group significantly （ P 〈 0.05 ）, apolipoprotein A was significant lower than no cardiovascular events group （P〈O.05）; Logistic regression analysis showed that smoking history, BMI, FPG, TC, HDL-C, antipsychotic drugs were closely related to chronic schizophrenia-induced cardiovascular events. Conclusion Smoking history, BMI, FPG, TC, antipsychotic drugs are independent risk factors for chronic schizophrenia-induced cardiovascular events, high HDL-C isa protective factor.
